1. Introduction

Welcome to our website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and products, including coaching, workshops, and digital downloads. By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide coaching, digital workshops, and downloadable products aimed at helping developers improve their soft skills and communication. All services are delivered online via scheduled calls or email access.

3. Payments and No Refund Policy

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. All sales are final. No refunds are offered under any circumstances, including missed sessions, change of mind, or lack of usage.

You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time. However, if you cancel, you will not be permitted to rejoin or purchase coaching access again for a period of 6 months from the date of cancellation.

4. Delivery and Access

Upon successful payment, access to workshops or digital downloads will be provided via email. Coaching sessions will be scheduled through mutual agreement and conducted online (e.g., via Zoom or Google Meet).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to PDFs, videos, frameworks, and strategies, is the intellectual property of AK El Rawas. By purchasing a product or service, you are granted a non-transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited without written permission.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully during coaching sessions and workshops. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the session without refund. Rescheduling a coaching session requires at least 24 hours notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees of specific results. All advice and content are for educational purposes. You are solely responsible for how you apply the information provided. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our services or products.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services, such as your name, email address, and payment details. This data is used solely for communication, service delivery, and legal compliance. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.

We may use your email to send important service updates or occasional promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to arbitration, and the decision of the arbitrator will be binding.
